Customer service has been absolutely terrible. Brand new treadmill died mid-walk. Won’t turn on. No one answers their phones, automatic email response says will take 2 weeks to get back to me. Do your research if you’re interested in buying these guys products!

Bought a horizon treadmill for $1,000. Had missing parts. Emailed horizon 4 times with no response back. Called every number on their website and never got a real person. I finally had to contact the better business bureau. Waiting to hear back. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!

My experience from the customer service end was top notch. There was an issue with Fed Ex (no fault of the company) and Johnson Health Tech was quick to communicate and fix the issue. Ordered the Synca massage chair, which is awesome.
