Wow so I'm not super surprised to see that this place has 2.1 Stars the pharmacist was rude dismissive and the cashier Trish was a complete Karen extremely rude extremely disrespectful extremely passive aggressive also dismissive Trish has absolutely no place in customer service if she treats customers this way at all. Trish needs to find a different job someplace else where she has absolutely no interaction with people of any kind.

Clean, spacious store with a nice variety of products. The pharmacy and photo departments are much appreciated. Happy to have this CVS is in town.

I was somewhere between 'sad' and 'laughing' when I read the review the mentions the 'burly pharmacist.' I know who they are referring to and will share that he is one of the most receptive, kind, and caring pharmacists you could meet. He is not a bubbly or chatty person, but he is the real deal. When I was caring for my dying mother, and managing the overwhelming amount of medications needed to help her through the hospice journey, that pharmacy team was right there to help us through it. They made sure to ask about the well being of my father each time, they made the connection with other members of my family as well - and were sure to offer support to everyone. Now, as I find myself caring for my elderly father, they have been invaluable - they have talked me through vaccinations and medications, they know him by name and take the time to talk to him, knowing that it's a big deal for him to get out of the house and interact. Everyone at this location has been amazing. If it were close to my house, I would move all of my prescriptions to CVS solely because of this team.

Store manager was impatient. Was not helpful. Insisted I had 2 accounts. Did not want to honor my coupon that I had just printed from the store. She yelled at me.

Lane and Wade are the best, great customer service. Christi is also a wonderful person and manages her store well.

605 w cottage grove has very poor customer service. I even felt like it was some racism involved. It's very sad and this was my first (and last) Time experience at this location ! I'll rather go all the way out my way to an different location or maybe even just switch back over to Walgreens location. I don't recommend this location at all !!

Pharmacy has been closed for two days "due to an emergency". How am I supposed to get my medication? Not impressed. Apparently this has happened a few times now. Considering a change. Too bad. Maybe a Walgreens will open in Cottage Grove.

Lane is incredibly friendly and resourceful. He doesn’t pass judgement and is quick and helpful. I usually use the CVS in Target on Lien Rd. but I’ll be changing everything over to this pharmacy because they’re much better staffed with better inventory. The store is clean and neat inside an out. I’m always greeted at the front when I come in which really makes me feel welcome even though I don’t use this pharmacy often.

It’s a shame that such a conveniently located CVS has such abhorrent customer service! “Wade” is a total j*** & “Ginger” is far & away the RUDEST person I’ve had the misfortune of coming across in several years! HOW do these two even have a job there?! It’s laughable!

Pharmacy is good, staff is helpful and professional. However; it’s a good thing the self checkouts were installed, as “Ginger” might need to relearn customer service training.
