A combination of too few employees on duty and too many customers are making it all but impossible for me to pay my monthly fee, which is due tomorrow. As of this writing, I have visited three times in less than 48 hours. Each time, only two employees were on duty, and each was waiting on two customers while six more customers waited behind them. Furthermore, it seems customers who are being waited on go out of their way to monopolize employee time so they can not only purchase the newest cell phone and its accessories, but also satisfy needs for attention and socialization they cannot fulfill elsewhere. I tried to contact the store by phone to ask if I could pay my fee without waiting, but received only a recorded message. Perhaps the store should increase its staffing, place time limits on customer visits, and/or install the equivalent of a self-checkout station so people can pay fees without excessive wait times.

Sales rep John Galbo was fantastic! Full 5 stars!! Nice, knowledgeable and worked with my 84 year old mother with her many concerns & fears of getting a smart phone. His encouragement/patience and 24 hour loaner phone, did wonders. By morning she had the confidence to get a smart phone! Great experience & we/family are ecstatic we can keep in touch via text, mail, face time!, plus track her:) Thank you John great job!!

Yeaaaah... I'm kinda big on Customer Service. I stood there for 10 minutes without one acknowledgment and that's not cool. Not hard to say "Hi, we're busy but we'll help you shortly." I called a Verizon store and the salesperson helped me over the phone. Our two contracts are up in 3 weeks--we're really leaning towards something different. Old reliable customers (12+ years) get NO perks for our loyalty, get signed up and forget you (except to keep raising bills so "new" people get the deals). You really should want to retain loyal customers. And please, say Hi when someone comes in and not make them feel like they're burdening you.

Great customer service by Tommy K.(?). Very knowledgeable. He was helping multiple customers at a time while waiting for things to process. This store gets busy but they try hard to help everyone out as quick as they can.

There is a worker that is very rude to customers. I bought a iPhone from there and I had to go back a few times cause there wasn’t something wrong with it. One night I took it in and I wasn’t getting calls or texts coming in. The worker called text report to find out if those were coming in and according to them they had record that I was receiving them. I wasn’t at all but I was talked to like I was lying about my phone and really rude! I wish I would’ve went to Beaver Dam’s US Cellular! There very nice and no how to treat there customers and NO-ONE should have to deal with a worker like that!
