Service at Napleton is great. I don't want hassles when I need service and I Don't want problems on the road as I put on about 40k miles per year. The prices are actually pretty good for a dealership. In a pinch I had to use a national oil change quick lube place and they were a lot more money . Love this place! Ilario

Don't ever ever trust this place with your car. We trusted them with our 2023 chevy trailblazer to fill 2 window chips. They cracked the windshield all the way across and just said o well it's on us. They won't fix it at all or take responsibility for it. Don't ever buy or trust these people with your car. We were about to buy a new from them before this. Forget that worst place around.

Seamless warranty repairs. No hassle or hidden fees. Done very quickly once the parts were available. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my truck when they were done. Highly recommended
