Overpriced, but at least they'll most likely have what you need.

Recently you guys have been much better about getting the customer the right part. But in the past it was a nightmare when you get your car all apart and realize Napa gave you the wrong part and you have to put your whole car back together to drive there and get the right one which usually they don't have in stock and your Sol but thank you for the Recently good service but thank you for the Recently good service...

Uneducated staff. The young kid was still trying to learn while the older lady just stood behind him rolling her eyes. Neither had a clue how the 20% discount works and why it only took off about 5%

Employees are a little short with customers if they don't know exactly what they need.I had a core return and they made me take the part out of the box and put my core in the box.No help at all.

I prefer this NAPA when it comes to finding parts for machinery such as parts for older farm tractors and forklifts. So many parts stores are in the rut of looking stuff up by make, model and year which with old machinery is hopeless. But here you can take a part in and they know how to measure/evaluate it and look for a match in a manufacturer's book yet. That is a critical skill in a small farm town.
