So I'm not sure if they just trained employees to tell customers the bathroom is broken but I have never ever gone into a Dollar general anywhere and try to use the bathroom and they tell me it's broken it's out of order they always have a sign up it's absolutely ridiculous you know some people that come and shop here have to walk really far to get here then they have to walk around the store to do their shopping and then they have to walk really far to get home and if you're not going to have a working bathroom available to your customers you should not be allowed to be open do better stop lying to your customers your bathroom works so you wouldn't be able to have employees working 8-hour shifts

TERRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!! BRING BACK THE HISPANIC GIRLS BACK!!!! the older lady i think shes the store manager again is absolutley RUDE!!! she hates helping customers when she is called to the front for help!!! people have to help them selfs because nobody is ever around they are always somewhere in the back! and if you pay at the self check out or walk too long looking around the store they will look at you like you are stealing VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!! i have been visiting this store for about 5 years now and the lady that is back again managing the store NEEDS to be fired and replace she has no manners!!

Very dirty store. No room in the aisles. I only go if I need something quick. Need to move to a larger space. Juneau, Wi has a fabulous store.

Clerk was rude when we left she laughed at us . When I said it was rude I wanted her name ..I said I would call corporate..she said her name and said go ahead call corporate.. I was from our of town but when I am back will never return to this store

I went to this store about a half hour from home because we were in the area. I purchased a few items however, they were put into multiple bags and some of those bags got left behind. I tried calling soon after I got home and continued to call, even today, and no one ever answered. I spoke with a friend who manages the one close to our home and he reached out trying to help and was met with less than enthusiastic responses. At his store they tell you how many bags you have before you leave the counter.
