My husband and couldn’t be more pleased with the service with received from the new car sales team at Napleton Ford Columbus during the purchasing process of our new vehicle. Napleton Ford Columbus was a great experience. Their team was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. My family and I were in search of a vehicle that would fit 7 passengers and luckily found a 21 Ford Explorer at their location. Their finance department made things very welcoming, and made sure to go over all the important details. You could tell that she cared and has passion for what she does.To say the least all the kids are all happy with how much room they now have! One sales person was kind enough to sit with our kids in our old vehicle so we didn’t have to worry about them running all over the dealership!
