If i could give a negative start, I would. Stopped here to get gas and to use the bathroom. It's 9:30 am, there's no reason why the bathroom is already out of hand soap, floor had shredded toilet paper and mud/dirt. Looks to not have been cleaned for at least a day or two. We went to check out, and I mentioned to the cashier who I just saw grabbed a piece of pizza from the hot foods with her hands, eating it while walking in front of us. I kindly told her that the bathroom was dirty. The look on her face was almost as if I had just inconvenienced her and responded, "Should we go look at it together?" I then told her "is okay, thought I should let someone know. " She proceeds to ask with an attitude, "dirty like there's diarrhea everywhere, or what's dirty to you?" At this point, I'm just speechless. I asked if they open 24 hrs as that may explain the above. She responded with "no, but we had a rush" and mumbled something else. She turned around and told the guy working with her, "This lady says the bathroom floor is dirty." I've had bad customer service/experience before, and WOW, this cashier shouldn't be in customer service! She definitely lacks it all!

Be careful have had a few occasions of backing up after checking the area only to have some old boys rocket out behind the vehicle basically trying to get a paycheck. Be careful some people are desperate around these parts.

I worked a 12 hour sift and decided that I would stop at subway for a sandwich before going home. I drove all the way from Green Bay to get my sandwich close to home so it would be warm when I got home!! The time is 6:50 pm two girls are in the restaurant but the doors are locked…..it clearly says on the door that they close at 9:00pm so I knock on the window and one of the girls comes to the door and says we are closed???? I said it isn’t even 7 yet and she says we are closed! Then says our manager ok’d this!!!! Oh yeah all of the open signs were on also!!!!!

No one wears masks. Do I care so much, not too much, but it is mandatory. The last part to throw me over was they have some rude attendants

Poor customer service!! Stopped for gas with motorcycle one time and hit the pay inside button on pump. Was told I’d have to prepay due to they couldn’t see license plate.

Bought a car wash at the pump. Went to the car wash and they were having problems with it prior and it showed out of order. Went into the gas station to get my refund and they were on the phone with the owner who was in Las Vegas and he said it was working so we went back over and it was green so we could go. Put in the code and pulled in. The wash started and soaped the truck up and stopped. Lights flashing and doors up. We called to the station and she came out and rinsed the truck off so it didn’t have soap all over it. Went into the gas station to get my money back and they will NOT refund the money. Do NOT buy a car wash here. Very poor service and the boss is away on vacation!!

called to ask about a job and my application an the worker was vary rude when she answered the phone and vary short And all I got was an okay bye and then they hung up and from previous experiences working in a gas station and answering phones myself I was taught to answer with a smile on your face and a happy voice and to show a customer that they're important And that definitely was not the case with this lady .
