By far the best experience at a Verizon store so far. Christopher was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. He answered all our questions, got my girlfiends phone set up, and told us about some great products that are available.

Damien was excellent he knows what hes doing but I will say I find it very disturbing that Verizon uses up your storage space on your phone for their updates and then eventually you run out of storage space And have to get a new phone I didn't even have my phone paid off yet and I had to get a new phone because of their updates took all my storage space this is a monopoly and type of scam That should never happen And should be Illegal
