“My 20+ year old 3/4 ton truck overheated on the edge of a busy rush hour 4 lane highway. It appears the water pump failed, I called Haase service to pickup my truck in less than ideal situation. He secured my truck, hauled it first to my home so I could retrieve my other vehicle, then hauled my truck to my mechanic shop. This was a 50 mile+ haul , Bob provided great service, professional care , and at a fair price.Thanks Bob”

“I was on my way to Milwaukee, WI from Iowa, 5 hours through a 7 hour drive when my tire started losing air rapidly. I panicked and pulled to the nearest gas station to fill it up. When it did not retain air whatsoever I freaked out more then called Dan's Auto. I told them the situation and they got me in right away (Thank goodness!!)(SO polite, too). When I arrived they checked out my car they told me what my options were without trying to oversell me or give me the run around- they were very straight forward and honest about the state of my tire. Then the worker (I wish I knew his name!) said it would be about 30 minutes and he offered me a SODA (!!!) and the TV remote (!!) to put on whatever I wanted!!! The prices were SO reasonable, they were willing to speak with my dad on the phone who knew more than me (lol), and they were so kind and hospitable!!!! Having been in a similar situation previously (different car) and my only option was a wal-mart that tried to sell me 3 extra unreasonable tires, this place was seriously like a blessing. While I would never want this situation to happen again, if it does, I hope it would be here. THANK YOU!!!”

“Took my vehicle here during rainy day, he expressed that the rain might vuase delays in him getting the glass he needed to make my reapir. Luckily i have an extra vehicle. He gave me 3 or 4 days for replacement but he gotnit back to me the next day! Sweet man, very informative communicates well, does great job.Im gonna be calling him again soon for another vehicle.”
