I know it’s not their fault so I’m not giving low review, the phone robot is actually the dumbest robot I’ve ever interacted with. Mr:”track a package” robot:”I heard location hours is this correct?” Me:”get me an agent” robot:”I’m going to have to hang up now” ??? ?

Good service but I think they need more staff for mail and package deliveries. I sent mail from where I live in apartments and the mail never arrived to the recipient, and they can't explain to me what happened. I have the USPS app, it tells me that I'm going to receive mail and it shows me the image, and the mail doesn't arrive. What's happening? Someone takes it, steals it or what?

I put a order for 68.00 for stamps on Saturday July 13, the delivery person brought the check to our door wouldn't sell them to me at 68 cents.

Can't deliver a package because we have a dog behind a invisible fence. Post office says you can't trust those things. Amazon, FedEx, UPS don't have a problem with the dog. They deliver no problem. Only the US mail has a problem. In fact it's just recently that they have stopped delivering

On March 27, 2024 I mailed two boxes as priority 2 day delivery for $30.00+ each . Now, 6 days later, they are still "in transit" and all I get when I call the only phone number for the PO is some automated machine with no help. This is a rip-off! Don't count on anything the PO says as being dependable.

I've lived in Clintonville since 2015, now it's 2022. That's 7 years and counting. So far I've had my package get sent to a different address twice within the last 2 years. But they've always resolve the issue and I end up getting my package back a day later.Are they perfect? No, but not terrible enough to hate the post office. Diane, who is working the counter is always friendly and helpful.
