The employees are all very nice and super helpful at explaining the work your vehicle needs. Very honest and don't try to upsell you on everything. Actually take the time to figure out what could be wrong instead of just wanting to replace everything immediately. They even went and towed my truck from a bad mechanic shop to theirs even though it was quite far away. Also very reasonable prices in the quotes they gave for possible needed repairs. Their kindness and honesty was really appreciated in our stressful time.

The body shop owners are very friendly and helpful. Repairs from a deer hit were made in a timely manner. We also had them fix issues unrelated to the collision while it was there, and we had the loaner. The loaner vehicle was nice and clean, and they also offer towing. Will go back again.

Hit a deer early in the morning. When they were called to pick up my car they got there so fast and drove me back to my place. They dealt with my insurance company. They took alot of stress off of a very stressful time for me. Thank you.

Got in an accident in Clintonville and was able to drive a short distance to Steinke. Joe took a look at my car, checked if it was safe to drive the 25mi home and removed excess debris for free. A nice shop ran by kind, helpful people.

My car broke down about 10 minutes away from the shop. It wasn't shifting properly and was slowing down on it's own so I pulled over and had it towed in early Wednesday afternoon. They said they would let me know Thursday or Friday what was wrong with the car. No call from them at all so I called myself friday afternoon and asked if they looked at it. They said they didn't and would first thing monday morning. Once again I had to call them Monday afternoon after not hearing anything and they said the trans was "gunk" (why did I have to call if they already knew what was wrong) The guy said it would be 2 grand to replace the trans and I obviously wasn't going to do that because the car itself is only worth a little over 2 grand. He couldn't even tell me how he determined the trans was shot(which it wasn't) Then he tried to get me to junk the car for $500 to a guy he "worked with" and they would take off the towing charge from that $500 basically giving me $370 for the car. Everything seemed fishy so I rented a uhaul trailer (which I actually drove the car out of the lot and onto the trailer) and brought the car home and did some research myself. After replacing a $100 Speed Sensor the car is running fine. Funny because the guy tried to tell me the trans only had internal sensors. They tried to get my car junked for $100 part that took 5 minutes to replace. Why? Because he was going to replace the one part and sell it and make 2 grand himself? Either way trying to get 2 grand out of me after playing games. Absolutely shady and unprofessional people.Services: Car towing
