What is going on with postal service. My rent checks for the last 3 months haven’t gotten to landlord and when they did it was 3 weeks late ! WTH ?

Odd/short hours, very limited stamp inventory. For example I wanted 10 priority mail stamps and they had one? On more than one occasion. I guess we are lucky they even have a post office but it’s more like a 1/3 of a post office.
