Great small gym. Enough equipment to do what needs to get done. Even has videos to watch to make sure you are using the machines and workouts correctly.

When I initially signed up and arrived at my appointment a lil more than a year ago, the lady practically forgot about me. The woman who showed up just said that she just happened to be coming in and didn’t know that there were any appointments for the day. So, little red flag there for organization skills and putting their customers first. Fast forward....When paying a little past due payment after the stay at home order was removed, I needed help with updating my payment - so I called and left a message. I believe the owner of the gyms got back to me ASAP. When calling to cancel my account soon after, I hadn’t heard back for over a week. No phone call whatsoever to walk me through it. After reading the contract and thinking of taking legal action, I wrote in a cancellation letter .... in which I think is so odd for a gym to require for cancellation. It makes it even more difficult. It’s 2020! It’s time to upgrade. In response to the written form being a form to make sure their cancelling the right members account? If this is a worldwide cancellation policy with most gyms...then that would be the most and best accurate response I’d expect. After submitting my written cancellation letter, she then told me that I should’ve received a cancellation form on a certain date but I double checked my inbox and spam and it was nowhere to be found in my email. So, I just take it as the fact that she lied to me which is even worse off for the customer service portion of it. In their response to mail going to spam...there is absolutely no mistake. I double checked my spam on the 6th that she told me she sent it and further back. There was nothing. And you can’t mistake my email because it’s also in your system. I would not recommend this gym for the fact of how it’s ran and who’s running it. If you’re interested in this gym, read through the contract carefully. Understand what happens when you cancel a year or three year contract early or after the fact and read on how to cancel your account. Know about the auto renewals after your contract ends. Don’t bother calling. Don’t let people take advantage of your time and money. Customer service and organization could use improvement. Without our service, they wouldn’t be where they are and able to run a business.Thank you.
