There is always drama here. Long wait in drive up. Lots of delays. Nobody seems to know what they're doing. Go to Hy Vee.

My favorite pharmacy is gone. Out of business. It was Chippewa clinic pharmacy in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, where I could call and talk to an associate to fill my prescriptions. Now I get some robo messaging that doesn't understand plain simple English. Gone are the days when you could talk to a human being instead of an idiot robot voice that makes filling a prescription a hassle and won't be filled the same day. And they call this progress. Same as dropping a letter in the mailbox in Cadott, WI. And it takes a week to get to Chippewa Falls WI. Because the mail has to go to the Twin cities in MN. First. I can see why we went from a society of educated Egyptians to uneducated Neanderthals! Where are you going America? Following the Roman Empire?

Was waiting in line for a Perscription- once it was my turn the lady said sorry we are closed now until 2. I get it you have a lunch break. Then say something to me before I waited in line and you helped everyone up to me. Then was ignored when asking a question? Disrespectful and poor customer service.

I was told my prescription would be ready by the next day. But when I went to pick it up, they said they don't have it because it's expired. i will not be coming back. I've never been told this by a pharmacy.

The pharmacists at this facility in Chippewa falls, WI have made a decision not to fill prescriptions for Ivermectin, despite growing evidence of its efficacy against the Covid-19 virus. I would refer you to the Front line Covid Critical Care Alliance for more information on the subject of early intervention. The Front-Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance, is made up of some of the most highly published and well-known critical care experts in the world with almost 2,000 peer -reviewed publications in the medical literature as well as over 100 years of bedside clinical experience in ICU's around the country. I am an ER physician and I recently prescribed Ivermectin for two elderly patients that had normal chest x-rays and had been sick with Covid for only a couple of days. A pharmacist at this facility refused to fill it, despite the fact that it is a very safe medication and we are legally able to prescribe medications off label when there is evidence of its' efficacy. These two patients have since been hospitalized with Covid 19 and are at higher risk of death from not receiving early intervention. Larry Brunzlick M.D.

Today I went into the Walgreens in Chippewa Falls and was disgusted to be a witness to the manager, Josh, belittling, yelling and swearing at an employee in front of customers as well as slamming carts into themselves until he noticed I was watching. The poor lady could barely keep herself from crying while checking me out today. I’ve already called corporate as well as the assistant manager in the store. He deserves to be publicly humiliated as well. If I wouldn’t have been in shock from what I was seeing, I would have recorded it for all to see. I’m pretty sure the store cameras will show everything as it was literally happening at the front doors where everyone walks in!!!

Increasingly frustrated with service at this pharmacy. Tried to get an immunization four times without success. 1st time - we don't have it in stock, but call us when you know you'll be back and we'll order it. 2nd time - called and pharmacy tech said she'd order it and I'd receive a call to confirm it arrived, but if I didn't receive a call, I should call back. 3rd time - called because Walgreens never called me. Pharmacy Tech told me she could see if was on order and would be there by the date I needed it. 4th time - call on the date we discussed, pharmacy tech said they didn't have any and could order it for me. What a cluster

I had just finished my shift at Anderson’s Chic N Fish and on my way home the sirens started going off for tornado warnings in our area. So I pulled into Walgreens to seek shelter and I just want to say the girl working was so kind to me. She welcomed me inside and assured me that I could stay there as long as needed. I didn’t get her name but she had long blond hair. Thank you again for making me feel so welcome.

Looking for Vitamins and a Mgr came out from no where and helped me find the correct Vitamins. They were out of (2) I needed and the Mgr and the clerk went to search on bins that showed up in their scanners as coming in already off the truck. They went beyond their job descriptions.

I just want to give a shout out to the staff at Walgreens tonight. They went above and beyond even after the pharmacy was closed to get my sons prescription. They are always so helpful but tonight they truly went the extra mile and really deserve some recognition. Thank you so much!

Walgreens has the most incompetent Pharmacy on the planet they cannot competently fill a prescription that I have had for the last 12 years consistently every single time there's PA needed they drop the ball, taking close to a week over date. On top of that they don't even walk back to make sure they have it in stock. They make me sick literally

I waited for an hour for the pharmacy to fill a rather simple Rx. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I saw my doctor submit the Rx at the office, and it took me about 20 minutes to get to this Walgreens location from my doctor's office. So, the pharmacy must have sat on that Rx for 20 minutes before even considering filling it. (That's a total of 80 minutes start to finish, again for a simple Rx.) On top of that, when I gave the pharmacy cashier/tech my insurance card, she didn't enter the information in, so they were about to charge me full price instead of my co-pay. It is just ridiculous that this company, which advertises that they are 'just around the corner' in order to imply convenience, is anything but. I will be using Wal-Mart or Shopko for all future Rxs.
