Worst pharmacy ever. Over the past year I’ve had nothing but problems every time I attempt to refill my prescriptions. I’ve lost track the amount of times I’ve been given a time to pick up my prescription to show up and find that they either don’t have it in stock or haven’t got it ready. Their texting refill automated system is nothing but a joke, I received an automated message that I was due for a refill and I responded that yes I would like to refill and was sent a response saying it would be ready for pickup in a few days. I showed up to pick up my prescription only to find they had no clue what I was talking about and sat there waiting for 15 minutes to find out I needed authorization again on my medication and yet no one told me that through the automated system or online when I checked the status of my refill. Another occurrence happened when I needed just one pill for a testing and I showed up at the pharmacy after they said it was ready to be told it wasn’t and that I needed to come back in a half an hour so they could get that ready for me when there wasn’t even anyone else waiting.. a half an hour to count one pill!?!? It’s always some excuse or another with this place.

This pharmacy has the worst time keeping things organized, having items in stock, and with controlled medication. I call and I'm told short wait to 3 hrs. I'll go there around that time only to find out no one started the process. On top of that. They are out of it. Or to find out they have to get it the next day. Also the employees lack empathy at that point when hours went by and when you say it's unacceptable they have an attitude.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I’ve been using this pharmacy for years, and EVERY SINGLE MONTH they have a new problem and my prescriptions are delayed. One month the problem was that they had me in their system as a Male, so when I tried picking up my birth control it took at least two days to fix. I finally have switched, which I should have done a very long time ago.AVOID ANY AND ALL WALGREENS.

There is always drama here. Long wait in drive up. Lots of delays. Nobody seems to know what they're doing. Go to Hy Vee.

My favorite pharmacy is gone. Out of business. It was Chippewa clinic pharmacy in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, where I could call and talk to an associate to fill my prescriptions. Now I get some robo messaging that doesn't understand plain simple English. Gone are the days when you could talk to a human being instead of an idiot robot voice that makes filling a prescription a hassle and won't be filled the same day. And they call this progress. Same as dropping a letter in the mailbox in Cadott, WI. And it takes a week to get to Chippewa Falls WI. Because the mail has to go to the Twin cities in MN. First. I can see why we went from a society of educated Egyptians to uneducated Neanderthals! Where are you going America? Following the Roman Empire?

Asked the pharmacy assistant Tiffany if she was a pharmacist, to which she said no I'm a technician who's been here 20 years, I said could I speak to a pharmacist please and she proceeds to hang up on me. Would avoid her and this place at all costs

It seems like every time I have a prescription sent here, it's not ready until 15 minutes after I stop. No matter how long I wait before coming, it's never ready. It has happened with every medication prescribed on the day I attempted to pick it up and this time was over 4 hours after the medical appointment.

Man that works there in the pharmacy is very rude. Try asking him questions and he is very short and seems annoyed. Very disrespectful.

Was waiting in line for a Perscription- once it was my turn the lady said sorry we are closed now until 2. I get it you have a lunch break. Then say something to me before I waited in line and you helped everyone up to me. Then was ignored when asking a question? Disrespectful and poor customer service.

I was told my prescription would be ready by the next day. But when I went to pick it up, they said they don't have it because it's expired. i will not be coming back. I've never been told this by a pharmacy.

It seems like every time I'm here something goes wrong, to the point it's a joke in our house. What will happen at the pharmacy today??They run out of medications will say its for 24 hours but this time it turned into an entire week, they call saying something is ready when it's not, don't bother refilling meds on their website those get lost, their window is closed randomly (not just on lunch), and yesterday it was closed for power issues, but they couldn't simply text or call letting anyone know, even though they have no problem calling 13 times when my prescription is ready. And if it's none of those random factors, rest assured, the line will be out to another zip code.I'm up to 4 drives there this past week and not able to get what I need. Maybe I'll try again today?

The pharmacists at this facility in Chippewa falls, WI have made a decision not to fill prescriptions for Ivermectin, despite growing evidence of its efficacy against the Covid-19 virus. I would refer you to the Front line Covid Critical Care Alliance for more information on the subject of early intervention. The Front-Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance, is made up of some of the most highly published and well-known critical care experts in the world with almost 2,000 peer -reviewed publications in the medical literature as well as over 100 years of bedside clinical experience in ICU's around the country. I am an ER physician and I recently prescribed Ivermectin for two elderly patients that had normal chest x-rays and had been sick with Covid for only a couple of days. A pharmacist at this facility refused to fill it, despite the fact that it is a very safe medication and we are legally able to prescribe medications off label when there is evidence of its' efficacy. These two patients have since been hospitalized with Covid 19 and are at higher risk of death from not receiving early intervention. Larry Brunzlick M.D.
