I personally do a lot of business with Uhaul. I have had bad experiences at some location’s and their management, but have only had great experience with a Eau Claire‘s! Chose to write this review after the guys went out of their way to make a bad experience I had at a different location better despite them having anything to do with it. ??”
“Staff was great and very organized. I just used them for the third time with a U-Box and the U-Box delivery person (Abby, I think) was phenomenal! She communicated with me numerous time until she was sure she dropped the U-Box in the right place, sent pictures of it, then even offered to come back and move if needed. She went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied! Thanks!”
