“A couple weeks ago I had a vehicle break down and was stuck on the side of the road. The initial company AAA had set up for the tow fell through after waiting over 4 hours. I reached out to Chads towing to see if they would be willing to take over the tow for me. Keep in mind this was around 8pm. The lady I talked to at Chads offered to reach out to AAA directly and get the tow switched over to them. Chads was there to tow my vehicle within 45 minutes of our initial conversation.
