Jim had terrible customer service on the phone! He had such a poor attitude and was making it a big deal to come fill my propane tank! Like isn’t that what you guy’s do? Definitely going to switch company's because of how rude that guy was.

We moved here 3 years ago, and the previous owners had use River Cty Co-op, so I made a call. The person I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful!! Every fill since then the person full has been amazing very professional!! When I called to set up a re-acurring payment again they were so helpful!! Great company

As of today I'm happy. After 24 years of contracting my propane from River Country Co-op I found a young man at the counter who not only had a smile on his face but he couldn't have been MORE pleasant to work with. I've been fortunate to have him help me on another occasion but he says he only works there 3-4 weeks out of the year. That's a shame because he would be a welcome addition to that counter that I have felt intimidated to go to all these years. No one else ever has even the start of a smile like this guy. He either deserves a raise or a full time job because he's competent, pleasant and easy on the eyes also. A total plus to this business.

They raised the rent in the store in Edgar WI and now My friends can't keep her restaurant open because of it and many people will have no jobs and there are many unhappy people in the Edgar Community!!!! Just sad and I will never stop at one of the stations ever again nor buy food for my animals from these as*holes!!!!

We just recently moved and wanted to fill our propane tank. The previous owners used you so we called you. The lady on the phone told my husband that we we're not a customer so he needed to go online and sign up. Then he needed to call back in a week or two. I told my husband how silly that sounded and we didn't want to wait. So I called Quality Propane and they had someone out that day to check everything. Then they filled the tank the next day. You lost a good customer because of the poor customer service.
