As a first time customer, I am not very satisfied with my purchase. As buying a car for the first time here, I was new to this and the process was overwhelming but we got it done. The salesman was decent. He was granted “salesman of the year” for 2023 but his attitude didn’t seem like it worth winning an award. When test driving the car we were interested in, we saw a check engine problem and requested that be fixed when purchasing and we got it sorted out to be fixed. When we were presented little extras that make the car “better” and “more protected” we were only left with a monthly payment price, and not what it was going to cost as a whole. we were not informed of a total price of what the service costed alone. We signed and then once we got the paper work back, there was a price of $1,000 that we had no idea was $1,000. Besides from that issue, when we brought the vehicle in to be fixed, it needed two things fixed. they didn’t fix either! they changed one minor thing and left all the other problems so when we came to pick up we were so confused on why there was still an issue. It’s a hit or miss when you call to see if the employees will be understanding to your situation. I still believe other oneautomotive group companies can be a good place to invest your money into but chippewa valley mazda, not so much.

Bought a used car here and the process was made super easy! They had a relationship with my credit union so the financing part was quick and easy too! Great staff there who explained things well.

In response to my concerns stated below: Clay, the general sales manager reached out to my son and took care of the issues (both the communication issue and the safety issue of the purchased car). Thanks to the team.
My 16 y.o. son bought his first car(with hard earned cash) on june 12th with help of Jared. Jared mentioned about engine oil leak that needs an attention and gave us a quote. We were planning to come back to get it fixed but within one week my son is already smelling exhaust in the car and check engine light came on. Called twice but no return call. Hope it's that issue of minor engine oil leak.
I personally had such a great experience at "eau claire automotive group" and thought we could trust this place since its "one automotive" but very very disappointing. We understand buying used car has always a risk but that's why we come to dealership who AT least make sure to rule out safety issues. Golden rule of honesty seems like missing in this business. Hope they contact my son and restore his trust in local business.

Chippewa Valley Mazda went above and beyod to get me into the car my family wanted at the rate I was willing to pay. Alex, my salesman, was knowledgeable, patient and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience. This was my first time buying a car through a dealership and he explained many things multiple times w/o seeming upset or agitated once. We test drive multiple cars and never pressured me to buy anything! He helped me find the one that best suited my family. The whole team was friendly and helpful and worked hard for me. All in all it was a great experience and Alex really did push that bar even higher by making it relaxed and fun.

I have had two expieriances with this dealship. One was with BLACK MOLD in my vehicle. And them saying that it was my fault it was leaking from the sunroof when i bought it from them less then a few months ago. It didn't start just a couple months ago when the car was black mold from the headliner to the carpet. I don't recommend these guy because of the not at fault attitude they have with in weeks of expressing a concern or complaint of the purchase of their vehicles. Not happy its $4700. Not happy they think i did it. Anyone in this world knows it takes months fir mold and everyone knows that they should have taken care of that issue when they did the deep clean of a vehicle. Or not so deep clean. Where the what 40+ inspection of a vehicle.

Bryce and the sales staff were professional, courteous, and to the point. I was able to get into a larger vehicle for our growing family at a reasonable price and did not feel pressured to make the deal. Unfortunately, my trade had more issues than I was aware of and that was a bummer but, the new to me ride will hopefully last for years to come. I will be going back in the future!
