Appt at 7:30am. for front brakes. At 9:00am they agreed to do the rear brakes. I questioned this! 11:00 am they said the car was done. Drove the car and realized the same issue was there! Took the car back in. Car was done finally around 3:30pm. 8 hrs to repair front brakes.

You get great results. The only issue is their new policy. When you make an appointment, it's only to drop your vehicle off. They might not look at it for 1-2 days later. I am still waiting for diagnosis on car. 11 days as of tomorrow. Worse communication ever, lied to, treated condescending, made call back promises never returned. No loaner car they could give me they said. My 78 yr old mother driving 30 miles each trip to bring me to work....
