Just swung through for a bathroom break. Pretty busy due to supper time and the excellent weather. Even the men's bathroom is immaculate from sanitation to supplies to smell. They always say you can tell how a business or location is running based on the bathroom conditions.

We usually love this kwik trip but lately the service is horrible! We had to do their work for them and twice they haven’t bagged things that need to be bagged. All the new employees really suck! Miss seeing the old employees.

TodayAug 7th, 2022. I got what I needed in store and prepaid for my gas. I get to pump and it is doing some code. Went back in...someone came right out to help.. with their walkie talkie system they were able to transfer my gas amount to another pump. Also they helped guide me to pump since I had to back up. And then got the gas I needed. Recommended!! Thanks for all your help.. from lady at register to the gentleman that came to the pump. ???

Ordered on the KT app. for delivery. I was missing a couple of items, one being bananas. I wanted 4lbs of bananas I received 4 single bananas. I can understand how this can get messed up. I called the store, and they were very professional, and offered to have one of their employees deliver it to me after their shift. When it was delivered it also had a gift card for my next visit!! Thank You KT, and the employee that hand delivered!!!❤️??
