Wonderful service. Beautiful hotel. As a premium elite member, we were upgraded rooms upon arrival. Our king room was HUGE, the bed and pillows were super comfy, and the blackout shades.... Seriously, all hotels should have those! The pool and whirlpool were lovely too!

When we checked into our room there was a mass quantity of bugs all over the ceiling and on the walls. The front desk person offered to switch our room but we found the exact same bug infestation in the second room as well. We decided to leave. Hotel management refused to refund our money.

My daughter stayed for Reverb Music Festival this year. The room was more than accommodating and comfortable. Spacious room with king size bed, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker( Keurig), and Dove soaps and shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. If all of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites are like this it would be definitely worth staying in others. They have free breakfast in the morning, and a very nice pool area and work out room. Also at this one there is a mini store with small meals that are easily microwave ready. They thought of everything here, and it is definitely great for anyone who would need to stay one night or longer. Comfortable bed and clean rooms, it is your home away from home with little extra touches.

Beds are comfortable, staff was amazing! Breakfast was super good. Clean! Dove products, I love the fact that you could use as much shampoo and conditioner as needed. Strange that the bathroom didn't have a fan. The ice bucket had water in it from the last people.

I stayed for one night and the overall experience was fantastic. The front desk lady was wonderful and the room was clean and smelled good. I was very happy the bathroom wasn’t weird and the soap they use is Dove! I’m very picky when it comes to hotels and my standards are high so I was pleasantly surprised when this hotel met my expectations. The only downside is the exterior looks dated but the inside makes up for it. A great hotel experience and I would definitely stay here again!

A little pricey, but we needed a place to crash at 2am!! Rooms were clean and good. Seen to be updated! So it was good. Breakfast was also pretty good, and quite a bit of choices!!! Thank you for a decent night stay. Roll through there a couple times a year but this was this first overnight stay..

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is a bit loud being right off the interstate though.

Always enjoy the breakfast. Lots of issues making the electronic keys work. location was nothing special but it worked well for us, right along the highway at the end of the day.

Great place. Annual vacation stop. They reserve the exact room we request. Book early, they are always full, at least in the summer.
Rooms: Always clean, great about special requests.
Nearby activities: Fishing, food, and one ofnthe few still-thriving indoor shopping malls about a 10-minite drive away.
Safety: Always park a boat, never a problem.
Noteworthy details: Absolutely fantastic staff, they make the hotel. We have very specific room requests and the have accomidated 99% of the time, and ifbthey can't the get as close as possible. Been staying here at least one per year since they opened and will continee.

What an amazing stay! I'm not sure if I've stayed in a nicer hotel in the chippewa Valley! The continental breakfast absolutely slaps! Ben the manager is a rock star!

Safety: Secured
Food and drinks: A nice little snack area o6pen 24 hours, and Breakfast was awesome!
Noteworthy details: Just an awesome stay. Nice Gym , the pool looked great . Peaceful surroundings .
