One of the best storage place I have ever been to. They are cheap and very very nice to work with. Will tell anyone who is looking for a storage room to talk to them.

Hate this place ,lady hardly answers phone,had my unit robbed first told me she had footage then suddenly disappears when I want it for police .once locked me out of unit b/c I paid early and mistakingly locked for non-payment and took them 15 days to remove thier lock.also in spring when snow melts water runs half way into unit 4 inches deep lucky for me it froze again that night and I had to chip out 12-15 feet inside my unit 4 inch deep ice and shovel out and salt entry to my unit and clear drain to keep unit dry on daily visits had to put on layer of pallets to keep dry if wasn't for Rubbermaid tubs all stuff in cardboard boxes was wet and damaged .was told 2 ft out from door is tentents responsibility so be sure you have time in spring to watch it daily .the door was even froze shut in 6 inch ice where water runs in groove meant for door .poor design unwilling to take responsibility or fix.never would I use them again.exspensive too. No dumpsters on site either.

Do not consider this company for storage unless you want to move out within a year. They increased my rent after one year by over 60%. Sharon's reasoning: it's a business decision. Unless you need something for just a few months, run and run away fast.
Another complaint is that when I reported a bad door on the unit, she never returned my call.
Lastly, I sent payment through online banking and it showed up 5 days later than the bank promised me. Sure enough, the other reviews are accurate .... Sharon locked me out of the unit and charged me a $20 late payment fee. Maybe she's too busy locking people out after 5 days that she cannot even respond to maintenance requests.
