I truly value having access to all the YMCAs in the Chippewa Valley area! It's phenomenal to know that I have such easy access to all their pools, equipment, & fitness classes! Being able to interact with like-minded individuals is another reason I fully support what the YMCA represents!

Up until today, my rating of the ymca Chippewa pool would have been a 5 star or more. However, due to new rules inflicted on water aerobics particulants in particular concerning locking doors at the beginning of a class, no matter the number of participants , is definitely not participate friendly. It excludes anyone who has to arrive a few minutes late because of participation in another Y class. It goes too far beyond safety concerns. Participants could be asked to remain on the side, until lane lines are secured, either in or out.

The pool staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is 25m. Most pools are 25 yards, so the change of pace is nice. They have a nice supply of pull buoys, kick boards, fins and hand paddles. The locker room is dated but clean. The lockers are large and swing open nicely. The showers are warm.

Great establishment. Stopped in as a visitor. Nice cardio room. Free weights room is very out of date. Basketball ball gym was busy. Running track is nice

We love lap-swimming at the pool here. There are lots of hours available, the staff is great, and the facility is always clean (and the showers are warm)!
