Had a family member go there for an oil change, was quoted one price and when he went back to pick up the vehicle and pay, they doubled the price he was quoted! Def not how business should be conducted.

What a terrible place got charged double the price for a oil change then they laughed about it when I said I was leaving a bad review and said no skin off my back ..I would highly recommend somewhere else and there vehicles are way over priced try Woodhouse in Nebraska you'll save $10-12,000 even after delivery

Pretty pushy on the extended warranty thing. Finance manager didn't seem pleased when I declined. Kept saying it's needed . Matt was awesome and Rasheed was for being newer in the car sales game. Would like to see little more hustle around there . They all seem to work at their own pace. No one is in a hurry by any means !

Used vehicles were very clean and you could tell they had been inspected, serviced and detailed before being offered for sale.
No sales pressure and patient sales people were appreciated. Did a good job overcoming a finance issue. And that same finance manager was very friendly up until I said no thanks to the extended warranty he was trying to sell me. Then the whole vibe changed. No longer friendly or personable at all. I thought that was unprofessional. Also, if there is more to sell, offer it BEFORE all the loan paperwork is signed. I would have re-opened the negotiations and maybe we could have made a deal for ALL that was for sale. There was no mention of purchasing a warranty in the whole process until the very VERY end. I would even call this misleading or a "trap".

Absolutely hands down the best service I've recieved from any dealership. Any potential problem that arose they had a solution for and handled it in a timely manner. Ethan in sales was great, as for the rest of the people we worked with, we won’t be back!! David, the financial guy was extremely rude, & his arrogant comments weren’t necessary. The lack of communication & organization between everyone involved in the buying process alone is a reason not to return!! We won’t even mention the car leaking transmission fluid a week after purchasing so we took it upon ourselves to have it fixed elsewhere vs having to deal with them again.
