“The one lady that was there that I saw first was very unhelpful. She did, however, point me in the direction of the product I needed. No so much with the help I needed as I'm not a mechanic, or do I know what type of antifreeze my car needed. All she said was, "There's a cart there that will tell you." Ah, ok, how do you read said chart? It was scratches and colors to me.
Then, when I grabbed whatever I thought was the color, there was a guy standing there. He asked if I found everything ok. I said I hope so I said. He then said, "We'll let's see." He came over to check, and sure enough, I got the wrong color product. He was super helpful as he asked what make and model my car was. I said it's outside. He then got me the correct coolant. If not for the dude I'd have put the wrong coolant in my car. All in all it was a good experience as he tough me something about my car.”

“Amazing service! I’m not very knowledgeable on cars, but my headlight bulb was burnt out. The wonderful woman working there (I sadly didn’t catch her name) helped me find the right bulb and she changed it for me. None of them ever treated me poorly for my lack of car knowledge, and they were extremely helpful!”
