“I had a rim that was giving me trouble. Tire slowly losing air. Nate and another kind, caring, professional man took the car promptly, checked the rim, attempted to replace rim with one they had, but it wasn't the proper fit. Again Nate assessed the tire and found no problem with it. I didn't understand when it's hot out, tire pressure increases. That I should check tires when car is cool.i was using gas station pump. Nate recommended hand gauge, fit correctly. I will do that from now on. This used to guy stuff for me. Now I need to learn. I was so appreciative. Safety#1. I have to travel next week. Really reduced my stress. Gwen Eastman”
