“I normally go to Goulet's, but they couldn't get my car in for a week and a half. They got my car in, in a couple of days so I dropped it off. They called me with a quote for a new alternator. They also said I might need a new battery. They slow charged it overnight and I didn't need one they said. They had it fixed when they said they would have it fixed! That's important to me. When I went to pick up my car it was actually less money than they quoted me. I'm very happy with the work. Thank you so much guys.”
“I live outside of the area, and I took my car in because of some issue. Unlike other places around, they answered the phone the first time I called them and were able to have me bring it in the next day. Within a relatively short amount of time, they were able to diagnosed the problem correctly for a reasonable fee. They were not able to do any repairs because of a parts supply issue, but they recommended a solution, for when I get back in town, and even took the time to walk me through it. These are the kind of guys who will be honest with you and try to help get you the best price, instead of just trying to get the sale and take your money. If the part situation wasn't such a mess, I would have definitely had them do the necessary repairs. They seem to be very honest and fair with their prices. I would definitely recommend.”

Now since it's fixed I realized that I had some very real issues with loud exhaust for a while. Now it is quiet, almost as quiet as when I first got it. Years ago my husband needed a fuse for his work truck. They got him in right away, fixed the problem and waived the charge. We were so pleased that we have since purchased a new Bronco Sport, a new Mustang and used Escape. We were treated well at each purchase.
Recently we had service for recall on the Bronco. They got us in and got it repaired. During that appointment they identified a couple of other issues that could have turned into big problems. They ordered the parts and got me in quickly. Everything was covered under warranty!!
