“The one lady that was there that I saw first was very unhelpful. She did, however, point me in the direction of the product I needed. No so much with the help I needed as I'm not a mechanic, or do I know what type of antifreeze my car needed. All she said was, "There's a cart there that will tell you." Ah, ok, how do you read said chart? It was scratches and colors to me.
Then, when I grabbed whatever I thought was the color, there was a guy standing there. He asked if I found everything ok. I said I hope so I said. He then said, "We'll let's see." He came over to check, and sure enough, I got the wrong color product. He was super helpful as he asked what make and model my car was. I said it's outside. He then got me the correct coolant. If not for the dude I'd have put the wrong coolant in my car. All in all it was a good experience as he tough me something about my car.”
