I have never had any issues at this Walmart! The workers (in-store and for pickup) have always been very friendly. Big and good selection of products. Easy to return things if needed.

Today I went to return a phone, a couple nice ladies helped me as much as possible but had some trouble so they called the "manager" Jennifer came over stomping her feet and barking what's going on over here. She then began speaking at me. Not to me, she was downright hostile which I could not understand as nobody had even raised their voice. Long story shorter I asked why are you being hostile and she said "because I'm frustrated"! I decided to take it up with corporate and was promised a call from a manager only to get a co-worker friend who apologized for Jennifer's behavior but then went on to lie and tell me she was ? right. She went as far as telling me they changed policies and software and could really do nothing to help! During the initial exchange another employee told me they could do it no problem and when I mentioned that Jennifer demanded a name. I refused to tell her as I knew it would mean an unpleasant exchange for the nice lady. Oddly Karen who presented herself as the designated manager to handle my complaint (but was not) also asked me twice for the name Jennifer was looking for. I've had to make a second call to corporate and am still waiting for a response by an actual MANAGER. Check your receipts when you purchase electronics, ask if you have to, because even though everyone I spoke to thought the return policy on the phone was 30 days, it's only 14 but YOUR supposed to KNOW more than their own MANAGEMENT!

Refreshingly the store is always clean and the employees have nice attitudes. If you have a question you can actually find someone on the floor working. Too often I've gone into a store and they won't even acknowledge you when you say hi to them.

Price continues to go up and they watch you like a hawk makes you feel like I'm doing something wrong they scan stuff I already scanned and don't even apologize after this store is going down hill to bad its the only one in town I would go elsewhere.

Not all but most workers. Act as if involving themselves with you. At any point is too much to deal with. From the moment you walk in it doesn't feel like a shopping experience.
The workers complain about their pay their hours and their job in general.
And more often than not we'll have absolutely nothing to do with you unless they think you're trying to steal something

Krystal and I think Blake, went above and beyond at close to save the day and help me .. to keep a long story story short , my dog went into labor . She has 9 or more on the way. Way to go Walmart employees on tonight's closing shift your team work saved my day. Can't say thank you enough.

Excellent but the cashier treated me very badly I was going to put out the food card and she didn't take it and she got upset and it's my baby's food
