Alex in the pharmacy is great!! The majority of the ladies look and act like you are a burden to them when you ask for your prescription!! Absolutely rude !!!

I ordered wallet sized photos and they not only printed them very crookedly so some were cut off and it was nearly impossible to cut them in a straight line because the photos didn’t alike with the paper, when I went back and showed them this they refused to refund me for the terrible quality. Very upset with their customer service as well. There was almost no communication and they were very unprofessional.

My review is mainly for the pharmacy. I've had the same prescription for years with them, & it NEVER fails that I have to wait literally DAYS in discomfort & pain, because they NEVER ONCE have it in stock. Not ever. It's beyond ridiculous. I even start the refill process 5 days before I run out, & still have to wait days after that for it to come in stock. Just called Walmart who assures me they always have it in stock, & I started the process to switch pharmacies. Why I didn't I do this sooner? Ugh. So, I guess they don't want the profits of my expensive monthly prescription? ?♀️ They have zero regard for those who suffer needlessly due to them. They should be ashamed.

I'm waiting behind ONE car in the pharmacy drive through for over 5 minutes for a prescription for the drugs I need for tomorrows dental surgery. THEY CAN CLEARLY SEE ME WAITING. The guy FINALLY starts his mufflerless car and drives away and I get to the window and there is a shade pulled down that says that they're closed from 1:30 to 2:30 for lunch. It's 1:28. SERIOUSLY???? You couldn't have helped the one person YOU SAW sitting there for the last 5 minutes? No wonder your Google review is 2.5 stars.

Had to stop THREE times to pick up a prescription that was called in 27 hours ago. Ridiculous. It's no wonder their rating is 2.4.

Called to see if my prescription was ready, waited on the phone for 30+ minutes, lady answers and gives me a big attitude because I have to do self pay for my prescription like "your really going to pay that much for it" like I have a choice... The last time I filed it there it was $100 cheaper than the price she threw at me. I love how she judged me and acts like I'm a criminal because of the type of medication I have to take and my lack of healthcare coverage like I haven't been trying. Very unsatisfied. Very judgmental... you get one star because 0 stars isn't an option.

I am going to hop on a previous review below, about the Chilton WI Walgreens. Their DEA computers are down. I am disabled, I take 21 prescriptions. Thursday, I am out of some of my medications, that I must have, period. I ask since my prescriptions are ready for pick up can't you just sell them to me at the counter.... answer no. I need them, how do I go about getting my prescriptions..... answer wait until are computers are up. Friday, again wait until the computers are up.... Now it is Monday the following week without any prescriptions... Can I get my prescriptions..... No.... How do I get my prescriptions.... Wait for the computers to come up..... Bull.... I go to the Walgreens store in Kaukauna, trying not to get angry at them. I need my meds, some are controlled substances. Kaukauna says I have to call the DR. to have new prescriptions issued. So my DR. understands and orders them immediately. Since YOU had these filled at Chilton and can't pick them up, YOU have to call Chilton and have them remove them from the Computer system or have them (Chilton) call central processing and have them remove them from the computer system.Call Chilton, woman says ok I removed them. Kaukauna goes to process them, can't fill them they were just filled in Chilton several days ago. Get that done, now Kaukauna has insurance problem and can't fill them.I call Walgreens Corporate office and speak to some woman. Half hour later, get told to pick up my meds in Kaukauna, all fixed. Get to Kaukauna, they are filled and one more I didn't order.Solution... Call Express Scripts mail order service and have them take over as many meds that they can and send them to the house. If Corporate America had a brain, they would be dangerous!

I'd give this place NO stars of possible. Worst Walgreens I have ever been to. They lie to customers, the Pharmacist is rude and they're constantly having issues. Took me 2 days to get my surgery medication transferred to another pharmacy, because their "equipment is down," ALL OF THE TIME. GARBAGE.

To say the least that this Walgreens is the worst in the area... and that's being nice, I wish I could say the same about the staff but they really take the cake, the rudest group of slackers I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. They continuously greet you with harsh abrasive attitudes most of them even talk down to customers. They also constantly give you the run around with your prescription as well never having it ready or only giving you a 3 day supply making multiple trips back there... get your stuff together.

Got there a few minutes before close and they had already put a sign up and left. Not to mention every time you go to pick up your prescription you’re given an attitude. Worst Walgreens I’ve ever had to deal with.

Take my advice and definitely call ahead before going to pick up your prescription. Two+ days after my painkiller was phoned in, there was no sign of it when I went to pick it up (after waiting in line I should add). I had the woman try my date of birth, surname without apostrophe, etc. - no dice. Went back home, called the doctor's office and they informed me it had been phoned in right as I had left my appointment two days prior. Called the pharmacy the next day and voila - it's ready! When I picked it up, a different woman told me it had been ready for three days and she had no idea why it couldn't be found the day prior.

Pharmacy staff could use training in customer service. Young man (tech?) is always helpful. The female tech that seems to have been there for a long time is very short with people.
