Communication was not ideal, and my vehicle was returned to me without the repairs complete. Inspecting the work and ensuring the repairs are done should be on the shop, not the customer.

I bought my 2022 Buick from Vande Hey Brantmeier new.
When I had an accident everyone who new them and the collision center or even had work done by them said how though they were.
I like my car and trusted them and my friends so I wanted it fixed there. Great work, timely done, updates as they worked, and I knew it would be done perfect!
I'd recommend them everytime!!!

Incredibly Dissapointed to be leaving this review, but I hope it helps others.
My wife had crashed her car on this side of the state so we had to find a local shop to have it repaired. While the collision center was great to work with, there was a need for this to go to the service center.
The service center first and foremost, lost the key to her locking lug nut, thus creating a need to purchase another on our dime. Additionally, the service center had told me that we needed new brakes and rotors on her vehicle (for an outrageous price), which I had replaced less than a year ago. I declined the service, and had my regular shop check this, they cannot believe someone would claim this was an urgent need when there was 95% life left atleast.
I find it incredibly dissapointing a shop would try to prey on customers to drive revenue. Use this as a cautionary tale to always get a second opinion if it is not the service you initially had went in for.
While I would have left atleast a 4 star prior (due to losing the key to our locking lug nut) now I wish I could leave a 0 star.

Questionable work. Not very professional. Moldings on my car started falling off after a few months. When they told me it was finished, I went to pick it up, and one whole side was completely missing a long section of molding. Absolutely NOT how it looked when I took it in and got the estimate. Oh yeah, the final cost was WAY HIGHER than my estimate. 1000.00 OVER to be exact. If that's not bad enough, the manager of the collision center treats you like an afterthought.Take your money somewhere where you at least get treated with respect, and the work is good. That's not here!

Had an unfortunate experience with the service department. Bought a 2018 Silverado with 29k miles two months ago. The truck would not start twice within the first week. After 10-30 minutes the truck would crank no problem and start. After dropping it off for service the first time, I was told they’ve never heard of this problem and certainly was not common (good voltage turn key no crank). They determined their was a service bulletin to properly orientate terminals on studs and that one cable(did not tell me which one nor present photos nor defective parts) was corroding “some”. They were confident after testing the battery, starter, and cables that this was the issue. Truck would not start again a couple days after picking the truck up. I showed multiple videos of the failure to the service manager, Ben. After only 2 hours of “trouble shooting”, they claimed a 30 milliamp drop in the battery cables caused this (cables I was told were tested 4 days prior). This certainly didn’t sound like enough drop to cause the issue, and when I inquired Ben the service manager told me “this cable is a common issue and we do this regularly”. So how could the symptom be uncommon and never heard of, yet the claimed “cause” was extremely common? Wouldn’t one of those other times the cable “failed” display a similar symptom? When I questioned why they didn’t dig in more, Ben then told me “GM won’t pay us to remove components and test them”. I pressed further and asked “shouldn’t the starter be tested?” The response was “GM will not pay to test a starter for an intermittent issue”. So at that point I questioned why the week prior I was told that it was tested. The response from Ben was “depends what you mean by ‘tested’. When I touched base with the sales rep Cale, he laughingly responded to my question of if the dealership has a satisfaction guarantee with “no, it’s your truck now”. I would not trust them with your vehicle, and if they cannot check incoming vehicles for service bulletins I would not purchase from them. I’ve missed work because they sold me a defective truck. Now I’m out $30,000.

Not happy with the length of time it took, no communication unless my husband came in, and after work was supposedly done, i only have 3 tinted windows, not 4 like my truck was brought in with. Try to call and no one answers. I would like this taken care of. Very disappointed
