The most rude, unprofessional post office employees I have ever come across. They make you feel like a criminal when you're just trying to mail something. They need serious changes here.

Getting passports for my family of four was a month-long comedy of errors that ended up costing us extra time and extra money. Rick, in particular, wins the prize for most clueless and unresponsive. I'd love to say more but I'm trying to sell the script.

Very passive aggressive notes and phones calls all the time from this locations workers. Definitely could work on their mannerisms if they wanted people to respond better to them. I've always tried to make a good relationship with my postal workers, as I use them often. Since moving here it has made me scared to even put letters in my mail box.

I went here one morning to buy stamps and could not because the window was closed during working hours. I knocked on the window and not one person would answer. I could hear them in back, I believe they just ignored me. I think this is very rude. If you want to go to a good post office, make the drive to New Holstein. They are open during business hours and their staff is excellent.

Horrible customer service, this is what the post master Roy or burt or whatever his name is (he likes to lie, even impersonated a police officer over the phone) thinks is ok. This started as a perfectly shaped box... the usps did this somewhere along the way & doesn't think a refund is necessary... terrible! I've never had to deal with this at fed ex, I will never use the post office again!

experience is great, just wish their hours were longer in the evening or at least one or two nights of the week. Mail delivery is prompt and friendly.
