Went to pick up a friend's tire. They made the effort to double check that it was the right tire. They were very kind, respectful and helpful. They even brought the tire out to my car for me.

Had a flat at Polly's pumpkin ? patch with a car full of foster kids and grandkids. The staff at Pat's fit me in on a Saturday after they were technically closed for the day! Put 2 new tires on my vehicle and made me feel safe. Thank you guys!
