Even though I am no longer using their service (have recently gone to all electric heat) I would definitely recommend Chaseburg Co-op for you propane needs. Friendly, quick to respond to questions and needs, fair prices, and just an all-around great local company to work with. Thank you everyone for you assistance this past couple years!!

We had to make an unexpected service call on a weekend, which we do not like to do, but it was for a rental property that had guests coming in. Erik answered the call, and was prompt, thorough and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was running smoothly. Fantastic service!

They have bear mountain wood pellets. They are a higher price pellet, but we have used many other kinds of pellets from various places, We had so much ash In our pellet stove that it was causing us some problems with our pellet stove. Since we changed to the bear mountain pellets we only need to clean the ashes out once a year. The best part to ordering from the Chaseburg coop is they deliver the pallets and bring them right into our garage. A great place to do business....

Horrible customer service. They're more worried about getting their money than serving their customers. I will be using a different supplier after this winter. Management is a joke. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Hard company to work with. I've been hung up on and disrespected. They're more worried about getting their money than serving their customers. Ive had nothing but problems with them. Needless to say, this will be my last year as their customer. My children don't deserve to not have heat because these people want to play games with their survival. Complete joke of a company.

The staff are always so cheerful & accommodating. Was able to pay my bill for first winter fill & change my winter mailing address very smoothly.
