Very rude and unpleasant to deal with worker, she has threatened to send our packages back because we work 8-10 hrs a day Mon - Fri and in the busy season 6-12 on Saturdays, we've asked her to leave them in the lock boxes but apparently those are always in use, which is funny because I always see the keys to them sitting in them. She's miserable and wants everyone else to be just as miserable.

Come here if you want to experience some of the worst customer service. Every time I have been in they are rude and will be angry at you for merely existing. Would be nice to have someone here that didn’t completely despise having to work with the public. 0/5 stars

It is very sad that Centuria has the rudest postmaster I have ever had the displeasure to conduct business with. She seems to inwardly enjoy making people sad or angry. I had a po box for a nonprofit that I picked up every 2 weeks. She pulled all my mail because there was too much to fit in the box. It was NOT a lot of mail. It could EASILY fit in the box. I have worked for the post office for several years in the past and thought I knew the rules and had never heard of this before. She threatened to fine me and said if this happened again that she would and I would have to rent a larger box. I usually got 2 pieces of mail a week. She is a very nasty nasty person.

I would give this post office less than 1 star if possible. The lady who works there is the rudest person on earth! She's beyond angry at the world and takes it out on post office patrons.

After almost 2 years of living in an apartment in Centeria where we are forced to have p.o. boxes. Mine gets closed because I don't have a lease. Now I am forced into getting a lease to get my mail.... feels like communism to me. So very upset.

My package was already a week late, and when I went in to get it it was 11:30am and the lady starts work at 8:30am and the yellow slips still weren't in the mailboxes to be able to get my package. It shouldn't take 3+ hours to get all the slips in the mailboxes. I'm very disappointed in the customer service too. She also doesn't smile and isn't very friendly.

When I was young, we could send a letter to my grandmother with the following information written on the envelope. To grandma B. Milltwon Wi. 54858. I know that Santa Clause gets letters delivered to him from all around the world when addressed to the North Pole. I have a PO Box myself and live within the city limits of the second largest city in the state where I reside. When my husband and I are away, or the mail is addressed improperly, my mail still finds me "somehow." I applaud the efforts of my local postal carriers where I live. I felt horrible when I sent a letter to my grandson and it was returned a week later, because I put his street address on the envelope instead of his PO Box. Unfortunately, I did not remember to put a post office box number on the envelope, even though I have been into the Centuria post office several times this last summer with my grandchildren. My grandson had been looking forward to receiving this particular letter from me and it did not arrive. The Village of Centuria is tiny. It has no front of the house mailbox delivery. There is a physical address linked to each post office box in town. Proof of physical address must be varified several ways in order to receive a post office box when you live in Centuria. I was deeply disappointed when 5 year old grandson told me that he did not get any mail. Are children inconsequential to the US Postal Service in this area? Maybe this was an isolated event. What a shame we live by rules rather than matters of the heart when even Santa does not need a PO Box number to receive his mail. Thanks to those who still view children as "magic" in their eyes. L.
