Just refinanced my home. Peter went out of his way to make it happen. Landmark Credit Union refused to call me back because of my unique financial situation. Peter went above and beyond and got it done. He always answered his phone even when he was on vacation. Peter has a work ethic that is hard to find anymore.

Peter helped us to refinance our home and has been helpful as we consider a new home purchase. He has been willing to give extra time on the phone to answer many, many questions and has responded to email promptly--including getting us a pre-approval within hours. His knowledge of the market and willingness to help his customers has helped us save money for our re-fi and made us competitive buyers and I am so grateful!

My wife and I loved working with Peter as we bought our first home. His experience and expertise was invaluable, especially while navigating such a challenging market. He was extremely responsive and always made sure we were kept in the loop every step of the way through the loan process. I so appreciated his high level of communication and availability, and truly felt we were part of a team. LGBTQ-friendly and a top-notch professional. Highly recommended!

Best mortgage person ever! Helpful, great advice, responsive, and came through for everything we needed. His timeliness helped us get the house of our dreams in Door County. Many thanks!

Bad for US Bank. I've been customer for long time. Paid loans off, opened lines of credit, etc. Then go thru a rough period and pay that all off too. I can get credit/loans from other institutions, but not my "own" bank. I've tried contacting, asking for $500 (minimal) increase in credit and "Nope" can't seem to help me. I won't disclose my income, but lets say I'd be top on their list of "preferred" bank customers without them looking at only a single number. I pay their "convenience" ATM fees, their high cash advance fees and nope they can't seem to do anything. So much for personal banking or the "bank of you", more like the "bank of us" cause I don't play in that circle anymore. Your just a number to them. Remember that. Go elsewhere if you want "personal" banking. Off to Chase it appears. They are wonderful, helpful, supportive, have plenty of local branches. I am excited to see what a relationship with them can do.
