I used the Paperie for my wedding invites and day of items. While things beyond their control were delayed or a little bit off, they went above and beyond to fix it. I was disappointed by the unfortunate experience I had with the Paperie. Having grown up in Cedarburg, I wanted to keep much of my wedding planning business local. I called and made an appointment to meet with the wedding invitation consultant. I left work early and arrived at the Paperie mid-afternoon for my appointment, only to find out that NO ONE was there, much less my appointment. They had closed early, despite posted operating hours--so I couldn't speak with anyone or even look around the store. I left a voicemail. They called back the next day and apologized because the person who took my appointment time never actually passed it on. Two stars for the follow-up call and apology. However, the call said, "I'd understand if you don't want to use us anymore ." Not much of an effort to win back my business. Too bad!
