Expect the washer and dryer to be broken all the time. Parking is horrible. Terrace Realty employee is extremely rude! Can’t wait until the lease is done here!

way too expensive for the bare minimum. the people who work for terrace realty are extremely rude. just really awful. if you do have to move here, just know they don’t respect you and unless you can sue them for it, they don’t care.

I'd suggest you live in your car or on the streets before renting from these Slumlords.
