Zero customer service. A friend and I walked in. The clerk said hello. I was trying on clothes. Another clerk came into the store. I asked if I could try on some things....answer yes. That was it. I needed different sizes which my friend got for me. Neither clerk ever asked how I was doing or did I need anything. I went to check out...there were some shirts hanging by the register. I asked about them. Clerk said they hadn't been priced yet and it would take a while if I wanted to wait. I did end up buying 2 shirts (spending over $100) and I like them. But I will probably never shop there again. Hopefully, it was just a bad day for them. By the way, my friend and I were the only ones in the store...so it's not like they were busy helping other customers.

Reasonable prices and cute clothes. One of my favorite stores in the area. I pop in every time I’m in Cedarburg and always find a few pieces to buy.

This was my favorite place to stop when traveling to Cedarburg. Unfortunately, I will no longer visit this business. I purchased something that I decided to return. After driving all the way back from Brookfield at the soonest opportunity, I was told their return policy is only 14 days. I returned within 30 days, which is standard. They wouldn't even give in-store credit. Now I am left with a $90 item I can't wear plus wasted time and gasoline. Don't purchase anything without full intentions to keep it, because 14 days is simply impossible for many people to return to Cedarburg. Seems like a subtle way to squeeze people for money, in my opinion. In a very competitive marketplace, it would behoove a business to be more compassionate and accommodating to customers. Save a penny, but lose a dollar.

Love the selection for gift-giving as well as for myself any time of year. Staff is always attentive and helpful. Some of my best finds were their suggestions.

My husband bought me a very cute top for Christmas apparently 14 day return window he bought the wrong size and they won't exchange, ridiculous not asking for money back just wanted a shirt that fits he bought early like most people due and now stuck with $100 shirt I can't wear recipt said I could get store credit if it was past 2 weeks they would not honor their policy. There is no where on the receipt that says has to be in a certain time frame for store credit. They say in the reply that they don't have it in the store anymore but I should be able to get something else. I would like to add they ask you to email to discuss then fail to respond to the email.

This is my favorite boutique to shop at. The clothes are high quality and the staff is top-notch. I shop here regularly and the selection of styles and sizing is always very good.

I have been going to Ryloo since it opened and every time I have gone my experience has been excellent! The staff is kind and helpful, the store is clean and the clothes are so trendy and comfortable! I love fabrics that feel nice it the touch and comfy to wear to work, going out on the town or lounging in the house! They have to all! They even have my favorite candle by Capri Blue! If you haven’t been to Ryloo yet, you are missing out! Go today!

Ryloo is a hidden gem!! Perfect place for the perfect gift! The girl who helped me, I think her name was Claire, was exceptional! I was looking for a gift for my daughter, she knew exactly how to help me! I’m letting all my friends know about this place!!

I only gave this place 1 star because zero wasn’t an option. Spent over $100 on permanent bracelets for my daughter only to have it break within a week. Went back to have it fixed and the rude older woman said “permanent doesn’t mean permanent.” She said they would put it on again. But not more than once. I said they should have explained things better and asked to return the item. They refused. Very poor customer service and quality of items.
Even after “fixing” the bracelets, it lasted less than a month and she lost one. Complete waste of money.

Love the ladies who work in this store, they are always helpful when picking out gifts or deciding best colors and matches. I bought Christmas gifts for my daughters (super soft pajamas and socks) and mother (a soft wrap and socks) and Claire was super helpful!

Love this store! Always greeted at the door by the wonderful staff. Even though the prices are more on the pricey side it’s very good quality. I love how they are always getting new clothes in. The staff member, Claire, helped me pick out an outfit and we found a size that would fit me best. She rocks! Always having a smile on her face.

Purchased 2 permanent bracelets for 163.00 as a gift for my niece which they soldered the same day. Within 2 days, one of the bracelets fell off as my niece was sitting next to me. My sister came back in to the store with my niece to have it soldered again. They were reprimanded by the older sales woman that my niece needs to "be careful" and this is the only time they will do this. These bracelets are "not permanent" she was told numerous times. We did not ask for a new bracelet. We just needed it reattached. All I can say is, horrible service. Will not be back to this store, and will never recommend it either. Thank you so much for putting a damper on the gift she was so excited to get!
