“We have used PostNet Grafton the last few years for a mailing project that involves 25-30 separate UPS/USPS mailing envelopes. Laurie and the PostNet Team have been great to work with.. Personable, efficient,accurate, cooperative and flexible to some last minute changes. They provide an itemized, readable, receipt/report that facilitates our trackingof our packages. We send the list of addresses ahead of time, via email, and then visit the store to stuff our pre-addressed shipping envelopes, and send them on their way. We appreciate their one-stop shipping support, and look forward to utilizing their services on our next project!”
“The employees are very friendly, Quentin and Asif. I’m not sure if I have their name spelled right, because I have left the store, but they are very friendly and nice and always help me with my packages. I am a knitter and crochet, and I usually mail my finish product as gifts for family members. I will post a couple of the articles that I have mailed through UPS. They are very trustworthy and my package is arrive on time.”

All of the tapes came through well, in high quality, and labeled based on dates and notes on the tapes. Andy takes pride in his work and takes his business/feedback to heart - I would return again if I needed their services.

Andy set expectations upfront for timing (it took a couple months to process our videos). The tapes were transferred with a lot of attention to detail (id's and notes to describe defects).
I really appreciated Andy taking the time to walk through the defects in two of the tapes, he attempted multiple different devices to determine root cause, and explained where they might have come from.”
