I wanted to purchase Grotsch beer, the best beer I know of. I called several places and got a no for my troubles. When I contacted Otto's the guy said he had both types. He said he would check and did. I picked up a 12 pack that was a great price. Service with class.

They always have good sales and even some allocations. I got a 1792 single barrel for retail price and a green river for $28.

Couldn't find Chablis wine in 3 stores. I called and Jason said they had some and would save at checkout. I bought some more liquor for holidays and they even carried it out to my car. Very pleasant young men

Pretty good selection of all your alcohol wants. Some pretty good deals at times. I can usually find what I'm looking for and a few other temptations.

The bald, short wine rep was of no use and did not offer any help. Horrific service. Another employee poked fun while browsing the wine selection as well. Both should be removed from service.
