“I'm leaving this review for my friend who had a 2014 Lincoln MKS aligned. The job was done professionally and in a relatively short amount of time. The only thing I could say in the negative is that the car was brought in Monday night for a Tuesday morning, 9:00 a.m. appointment. I had mentioned to them when they said that that would be great because I'm a second shifter and I am hoping to get the car back before I go to work at 1:30 p.m. . I called at noon and they haven't even looked at the vehicle. Not a showstopper because I did have alternate transportation. Just a little unsettling. Otherwise the job was done great the car rides perfectly.”
“I have just joined the Shine Wash membership at Road Runner and I’m very impressed so far. The wash is fast, thorough, and leaves my car looking spotless every time. I especially like that they do a quick pre-rinse before the wash and provide plenty of clean towels and supplies for customers to use — little touches that make a big difference.
The staff here are always present, helpful, and attentive, which really sets the place apart. Everything feels well-run and professional, and you can tell they care about keeping customers happy.
It’s also great knowing this is a local Wisconsin business. I’d much rather support them than the bigger chains, and I’ll definitely be recommending Road Runner to my friends, family, and coworkers.
I only have 2 small suggestions for them: it would be great if your weekday evening hours were through 7 pm, which would be convenient for working folks. Also, I wish there was a touch-free option; in fact, I wouldn't be opposed to it being touch-free only.”

Mercedies and romen where super knowlagable i had a head light out and instead of trying to sell me they actually figured out the problem and fixed the issue for me. Most places would have lied to try and get you to spend more but they where honest and fixed it! Deffinatly will return again.”

“I’ve been going to this location for oil changes for a couple years. I’m pleased to say that I’ve received the best automotive service there of any automotive shop I’ve ever been to. (I’m 62 years old.) I know it’s only an oil change, but the thoroughness and care taken is exemplary. And this shop provides services and checks that other places don’t.
I’ve always been a bit mistrustful of quick-oil-change places, but I have complete confidence in the skill and honesty of this shop.
The assistant manager, Ed, has always helped me. His care and attention to detail is fantastic. He has also gone above and beyond in providing guidance/assistance with an odor from my engine, a failing taillight, and a rusted-on license plate. You just don’t see that type of service very often. Ed is truly the best.
This will sound funny, but I actually look forward to getting oil changes at this store!”

Join the Scrub-Club for Unlimited monthly washes a'starting ar the basic waah, rinse, dry for $17.99 per month. I just leveled-up to the $19.99 plan for Unlimited washes with extra suds, undercarriage..,..there are options for polish, wheel wash, wax, protectand, rust inhibitor....amd monthly perks to cash on on....Dash Wipes, Dry Towels, Cup Coozies, Air Fresheners.....well worth it!”
