Out of the gate this man was rude an defensive while I was only trying to discuss a claim to be brought fourth with State Farm. The tone and manner in which this man handles basic conversation equates that of bullying and abusiveness. I do not recommend spending any time or money with this agency unless you want to treated like a dog. This man is clearly so out of touch (example: he uses a photo from 40 years ago... what are you hiding?). It may be time to consider retirement !?!?

Arrogant, rude and allowed to treat customers badly since is the only SF agent in the area. Not helpful, would not recommend. Doesn't keep to posted office hours.
