“My review comes in the form of a story, because I love stories, especially about the past, and my experience at Gallun Fine Jewelry involves a few stories. My family came to the US as refugees after WW2, with pretty much the clothes on their backs- for sure no heirloom jewelry, and the European set engagement ring of my mom’s was lost somewhere along the line. I have long dreamt of finding something simple and pretty that reminded me of that ring, and her, and was thrilled to find one at Patty’s lovely shop.
Patty is the kind of person that makes you feel like you’ve been friends forever, which made my experience so special and meaningful. And I especially love that she too, is a storyteller. I like the idea of preowned jewelry for many reasons, including the idea that there might be an interesting story to my ring. Patty admitted there wasn’t that she knew of , but together we concluded that it might have involved a lady named Sadie. I'm good with that, and I’m thrilled with my ring (and my resized wedding band too).

“Nouveau is an absolute GEM of a local business. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!Two weeks ago my boyfriend and I decided to stop in and check out their assortment of antique/ vintage rings looking for THE ONE ? After browsing around, I decided to try on the sapphire & pearl ring of my dreams. It slipped on my finger and I knew it was the one!Patty made us feel so at home- she told us the story behind the store, talked about their sweet store dogs, told us the history behind some of the pieces on display, and wrapped my new ring with love and care. The whole way home my now fiancé and I just glowed with the excitement we felt after not only finding my engagement ring but the absolutely incredible shopping experience Patty created for us simply by being authentic.The story does not end here though! Not even a week after purchasing my beautiful new ring at Nouveau, I dropped it and completely shattered one of the pearls. I was devastated but called the store the next day and Patty assured me they can do repairs and told me to bring it on in. Upon returning to the store I handed over my broken ring and was absolutely shocked when they told me there would be no charge.I got my ring back today and I am so happy and SO grateful to the staff at Nouveau! I will certainly be giving them my business again in the future and I hope anyone who takes the time to read this does too!! ❤️”

After an awful insurance debacle, John went above and beyond! Thank God, I was so afraid of getting a lab grown or blood diamond, something I know Armbrusters would never stoop to. The absolute best quality, clarity and customer care is what Armbrusters is founded on, and it's clear they're fair and it's working! The diamonds are so sparkly and gorgeous, rainbows form on the walls in the sunshine! Can't recommend them enough!”

Has unique beautiful options that aren’t the standard chain options you find everywhere else. When my brother was ring shopping for his wife and choosing a diamond we even got to see the microscopic serial number on the diamond. It was an incredible experience. “Matt had been wonderful! I broke my knuckle and had to have my ring resized and he took care of it immediately. Then when my knuckle healed I lost my ring playing soccer and he helped me replicate it knowing that it was more sentimental than financial. I’ll always use him for everything my family needs for jewelry!”
