We dropped our vehicle off this morning at Hometown with the expectation of new brakes all around per a conversation / recommendation with the dealer where we purchased our van from four years ago. A couple hours after dropping the van off I received a call and Hometown said "Your brakes are fine. There is plenty of life left on them and we don't want you to spend money on something you do not need to replace for quite some time."
Good, honest business acumen. I love that. They treat us well, and will do right by you too. If you can, please give them your business!

I went in today with a slow leak in my tire. They it fixed it and sent me on my way free of charge ! I have been going to Hometown care for several years and always had quality honest service for reasonable prices! Jake is always personal and friendly and quick to help out when I've had a car situation, I highly recommend hometown car repair you will not be disappointed!

I have been a customer for well over a decade and have never been disappointed in the customer service nor the work performed. The cost for services is very reasonable and they always listen to the customer.

Today was my first experience with Jake and the Hometown crew. I called earlier in the day and let them know I had a tire with a slow leak. He told me he had some time around 4pm. I headed over, handed the keys, told him which tire and waited. About 30 minutes later Jake told me truck was already to go. I had picked up a screw somewhere and they plugged the tire. I pulled out my wallet and attempted to pay. He told me no charge. I insisted I need to pay something. He smiled and told me, "Not today". Wow, I never expected that. I let him know that my wife and I just moved to the area in May and I was looking for a reputable place to take care of our cars. I let him know I had a great shop that I had been with for years in De Pere. At that moment I said, "I think I found my new service shop to care for our vehicles". Thank you Jake and Hometown Car Care. You just earned a loyal customer.

I rarely post reviews but because of Jacob and his staff at Hometown I felt to share my enthusiastic thumbs up for the quality of work and professionalism they showed me. Twice in the last year I’ve needed major repairs with an engine replacement caused by an in inattentive local oil changing service and just recently I had a catalytic converter replacement as well. My 2013 Ford Edge has been running like a top and has over 230,000 miles . Frankly it means more to me than going out and purchasing a new unaffordable auto. Those 2 major repairs I feel will enhance my chances of me keeping this car and frankly was due the staff at Hometown. Professionalism and Courtesy throughout!!!!!

My wife blew a tire. I brought in the wheel and tire and the guys at home town got me in and out of the shop in 10 minutes! Excellent service from Julian at the front desk! All of staff was great! Highly recommend Hometown Car Care!

Julian in the service department was an excellent resource and provided me expert advice for my 2009 Porsche Cayman S. Hometown did the service on-time and very reasonably priced! Contrary to a lot of other auto service shops and dealerships, they actually charge you for the service time conducted and not some inflated service time to do the same work! Also, they did an overall inspection on my car and gave me an honest assessment on all aspects and didn't try to up-sell me on service I really didn't need! As part of my overall services needed, they went the extra mile and had a service tech quickly locate the exact Porsche spec/approved transmission fluid and ran and got it that day. They could have substituted another transmission fluid but insisted on the exact manufacturer spec fluid. This told me that they are a honest repair shop and can be trusted. This also saved me from making another service appointment! I am actually driving 3 hours away now because I am so impressed with Julian and Hometown Car Care service! Glad my sister discovered this place and my entire family is now using Hometown Car Care for all our automotive services. Trust them completely and will absolutely return when repairs are need to be done! Hometown Car Care, where have you been all my life! :)
