Normally I do my own oil changes but if my schedule is tight these guys are the crew I choose. Always professional, friendly, announce their service check list so I can follow along, and they do a Vet discount. Used to use the other more expensive guys but not after giving these guys a try. Consider doing the same!

The guy who helped me was very rude and short with his answers. When he tried to sell me extra things besides the oil change, I said no, and he would get huffy and ignore me. Take 5’s prices are also getting outrageous. Will be finding another place in the future.

There was 1 person working. He offered us water while we waited for our turn. He was very professional friendly and knowledgeable. He was skiled. I hope his boss sees this he deserves praise.

The day I went in July 2024- there was one guy working for a line of us. He did his best and moved as quickly as he could in 90+ degrees. Good and quick service.

Rude employees, did not check tire pressure or top off wiper fluid. I told them about my coupon, but it was not applied. I felt like I was an inconvenience.

For months, I avoided this location like the plague. Antagonistic Austyn and his buddy were always rude, goofing off, and made you feel like you inconvenienced their hang out time. I had been a regular customer for 5 years, and regularly stopped by for top off services. My final straw was when I had to stop Austyn from adding air to my nitrogen filled, green capped tires for the THIRD time. Instead of apologizing for adding air to my tires, he laughed and argued with me that it did not even matter. My tire light came on not even 24 hours later. While I cannot be certain his tampering with my tire caused my sensor to fail, it is awfuly coincidental. I finally realized that despite this location being 2 minutes from my home, for my peace of mind, I would rather drive 30 minutes round trip to the Brown Deer locations. At least there I was met with kind, knowledgeable service techs. I could not have been happier to see my favorite tech, Richard, when I drove by the Cedarburg location the other day! I stopped in today and the service was top notch as it always was when Richard was around. I am so grateful I no longer have to leave Cedarburg to have quality oil changes.
