“I was having a very tough day, trying to find a piece of transition for my flooring project and having no luck anywhere else.
Fortunately I found Kohls Flooring Store and Wendy Delfosse could not have been more helpful and kind. She saved my day by going out of her way to check with her boss to see if he had any product in the color I needed that had been left over from one of their previous projects. Fortunately he did and I was able to get what I needed.
If Wendy had not taken the time and trouble to search further for me I would have been out of luck.
