“I have just joined the Shine Wash membership at Road Runner and I’m very impressed so far. The wash is fast, thorough, and leaves my car looking spotless every time. I especially like that they do a quick pre-rinse before the wash and provide plenty of clean towels and supplies for customers to use — little touches that make a big difference.
The staff here are always present, helpful, and attentive, which really sets the place apart. Everything feels well-run and professional, and you can tell they care about keeping customers happy.
It’s also great knowing this is a local Wisconsin business. I’d much rather support them than the bigger chains, and I’ll definitely be recommending Road Runner to my friends, family, and coworkers.
I only have 2 small suggestions for them: it would be great if your weekday evening hours were through 7 pm, which would be convenient for working folks. Also, I wish there was a touch-free option; in fact, I wouldn't be opposed to it being touch-free only.”

“Free vaccums, but you have to pay to put air in your tires....aitomated air-tower is $1.50 and takes debit cards, senses pressure, amd alerts you when to stop inflating. Join the Scrub-Club for Unlimited monthly washes a'starting ar the basic waah, rinse, dry for $17.99 per month. I just leveled-up to the $19.99 plan for Unlimited washes with extra suds, undercarriage..,..there are options for polish, wheel wash, wax, protectand, rust inhibitor....amd monthly perks to cash on on....Dash Wipes, Dry Towels, Cup Coozies, Air Fresheners.....well worth it!”
“This is probably one of the best truck washes I've ever had!! Normally just a blue beacon person but the money you spend isn't worth it. Here is a different story!! They took their time cleaning the engine and even got on top of the truck to hand wash the roof!! This will always be my go to when I'm in the area!!”

“Excellent washing equipment and price. This is the only place we wash our Jeep because we have a rooftop tent installed on top of the vehicle, so we need to be able to manually aim the spray to avoid directly hitting the tent. I’ve also used this car wash for cars with soft tops. It’s hard to find these manual car washes anymore, so I greatly appreciate this one.”

“Was in town for the weekend visiting family and my car broke down (clutch issues on my 2013 Passat) and needed to be fixed in order to drive home after our stay. They towed me and got my car back running very quickly. Just drove 300 miles home and the car ran great. Fair prices and did a great job explaining what they were doing and why.”

“So I went to a competitor in the adjacent town who used to be known for excellent car washes. The spots and streets that were left on my windows was not only grotesque but extremely unprofessional. To say the least I will never be back there again, I had spoke with my neighbor how dissatisfied I was with that car wash. And she recommended this facility.I could not be happier, my windows are streak free my car is squeaky clean a week later and it has been through mud puddles and rain, half the time I don't even need to use my wipers because the water just beads right off of my windshield. This is my new car wash.”

“Personally feel this location should be listed FIRST in Google's search that I was directed to a location that was closed before the time listed to acquire the necessary assistance by this location but I just got into the parking lot as light's were being turned off and yet I was treated like I was a human being with necessities for my life that I totally did require.....

“CMG team is fantastic. They wrapped my Rivian and it looks fantastic. My car was scraped by another vehicle and because of the Xpel wrap they had recommended there was virtually no paint damage. Highly recommend CMG. Excellent team.”
