Been w BBG since 2008 when we switched from oil heating. Fast, professional, reliable and friendly service. I like the annual contract pricing. They adopt new technologies like remote telemetry so you never have to worry about running out of fuel.Being a customer gets you a discount on grill propane exchange.Being on propane has allowed me to switch from an electric to a gas range for cooking which, as a former chef, I greatly prefer.

The owner and staff at Boehlke are always so nice and helpful! We were new to the world of propane gas this year and they walked us through each step. Two of the guys recently came to trench our line and place the tank at its permanent spot. They were very considerate, gave us a lay out of where the line was buried and even got our tank back in the woods so it wouldn't be an eye sore. Happy to be working with Boehlke!

We were not getting enough heat from our furnace. It turned out the problem was the propane regulator. We contacted Boehlke Bottled Gas. We were able to speak with someone almost immediately. He said he would have one of his crews (who were out servicing other accounts) get to our house ASAP. We expected days. The Boehlke Technician showed up in less than an hour. He asked to see the furnace and then went out to replace the propane regulator. All this with a smile and wonderful attitude. My wife and I are very grateful for Boehlke Bottled Gas.

The folks at Boehlke Bottled gas have always been friendly and helpful. We need propane for not only heating, but as part of my husband's work as a blacksmith. They helped him set up and test his system and it has always worked great. We're self employed and have gotten help from people in the office to organize our records and they were really helpful and made it no problem. We'll continue working with them.

Have been using Boehlke for over three decades. I like the up front purchase discount which allows me to estimate use and save money over the season. I never have to call for service, they monitor and come before I ever run low. Always personable and safe. They even paint and maintain their tanks! Professional service done with no hassle or work on my end.

Boehlke Bottled gas is very reliable and their work crew is amazing. I mentioned to one of them about smelling gas, he immediately jumped on it, doing bubble tests, checking all the pipes and having their sniffer guy come out the following day to fix all the issues. Customer service like this is rare and they certainly still have it. Very knowledgable and helpful. They are truly dedicated to doing their best.

We have been with Boehlke Bottled Gas since 1998. Always have courteous, friendly drivers who answer all our questions.We have had a couple occasions when we thought we smelled propane in the house & one their techs came right away and checked everything out. We did not have any leaks and he thouroghly checked joints, appliances & supply pipes. It is clear that safety is a priority with Boehlke & one of the reasons we stayed with them instead of changing over to natural gas with a big utility company.The same holds true for their office staff. Whether we are paying a bill or asking questions about a delivery, they are prompt & professional and let you know they very much appreciate our business.For us, they are good, genuine people to do business with.

Good ole Ralph. When the owner answers the phone-I'm sold. We switched to Boehlke roughly 5-6 years ago after the run around with 2 other companies over the years. I was (am) impressed with the 'old school' customer service. They pull up the account quickly, are always friendly and they deliver within the week. I love the 'lock in' pricing. You've got me for life if you keep up the excellent service!

They are the best! We had two other poor service suppliers prior to using Boehlke Bottled Gas. Boehlke is very customer oriented; they never forget you! They keep track of your usage and always maintain your supply of propane: you don't have to call them! They never over fill the tank as others have (smell the overflow escaping from the outdoor tank). With Boehlke, you will be very satisfied!!!

We have been using Boehlke for about 6 years. Never once has our propane tank ran out. They seem to have their refill schedule down to a science! When I needed our tank checked out, a member of their team was there within days and gave us an update. A great company to work with!

This is a well run company. They are very responsive to customer needs. I've been a customer for 10 years and have always been able to get in touch with them on the phone, in person at my home or their office to resolve issues or have questions answered. Who wants to worry about a utility?I have had propane tanks removed, relocated, new lines installed for a pool heater and a gas fire pit, and plan on doing additional work this fall. On each occasion, Boehlke was there to review and edit my plans, and then do the work.A few years ago, propane prices spiked causing a few gas companies to go out of business and leave customers stranded. Boehlke was there, however, delivering as usual, because they had the inventory to hold them over. This event gave me incredible peace of mind and instilled confidence in their ability. About this utility, I don't worry.
